Ken Ganfield started making pet beds in 1998 in the picturesque Cheddar Valley at the foot of the Mendip Hills. He began by selling to shops and garden centres in the South West and South Wales. He then progressed to the South East and parts of the Midlands, later to expand to the Northern and Border counties. During this time he has served over 300 customers, the majority of these regularly re-ordering.

He started out working on the belief that the majority of people wanted value/quality British made products and year upon year has built on the success of this formula.
